Faculty Interest Group: Teaching with Technology
This group is for faculty who are interested in exploring the role of technology in the classroom – including offering fully online, hybrid or online supported courses. Loretta Brancaccio-Taras (Biological Sciences) will facilitate discussions, in person and online, to share experiences, challenges, and best practices. For more information or to join this group, please contact Loretta at email@example.com.
Faculty who are interested in training and support for the use of technology for pedagogical and professional purposes are encouraged to contact the Kingsborough Center for e-Learning (KCeL). At KCeL, support is available for faculty to, among other things, develop projects and build expertise in the use of course tools (such as Blackboard, eReserve, and Turnitin), teleconferencing, creating Podcasts, and developing posters and presentations.
